Portfolio

The companies we hold, and the discipline we hold them to.

Our portfolio is intentionally narrow. Each holding is selected for the durability of its operating model, the quality of its founders, and the relevance of its work to the everyday Indian household.

ZYXA

A hyperlocal home services marketplace founded in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. ZYXA matches households with vetted local providers — for plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, deep-cleaning, and a growing catalogue of neighbourhood services. The platform's distinguishing feature is its commitment to provider dignity: drivers, technicians, and field staff retain customer relationships, transparent earnings, and a structured pathway to higher-value work.

Why we hold it. ZYXA solves the trust problem at the smallest possible scale — one street, one provider, one repeat household. It does not aspire to be the largest home-services platform in India. It aspires to be the most trusted in the cities where it operates.

Additional holdings

Future holdings will be announced as they are formally capitalised and constituted. Our preference is for fewer, deeper investments — not breadth for its own sake. Categories under active study include logistics for small merchants, vernacular financial services for the unbanked, and skill-credentialing for India's informal workforce.

Selection

What we look for in a holding.

Three filters. A venture must clear all three before we will sit on its cap table.

01

An operator-first model

Frontline workers must hold relationships with customers, not be hidden behind the platform. Replaceable workers produce replaceable companies.

02

Honest unit economics

The venture must reach contribution-positive economics in a single neighbourhood before scaling. Subsidy is a tactic, never a strategy.

03

Governance from day one

Audited books, a constituted board, a secretarial calendar. Compliance treated as foundation rather than burden.
