About the firm

A holding company built around one belief — that India's everyday economy deserves enduring institutions.

We are not chasing markets. We are choosing them — slowly, deliberately, and with a view that runs in decades rather than quarters.

Identity

Who we are

Zyxee Private Limited is a private holding company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its corporate seat in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We hold equity in operating ventures, provide patient capital to those ventures, and exercise governance through participation on their boards.

We do not operate consumer-facing services ourselves. Our subsidiaries do. What we offer the firms we hold is quiet capital — funding that does not demand hyper-growth, governance that does not perform, and counsel that recognises operators are the principal architects of any business worth holding.

Thesis

What we believe

India's digital economy has, for two decades, been built around a discoverability problem — connecting urban consumers to distant supply. We believe the next two decades will be defined by a different problem: trust at the neighbourhood scale. Trust between a household and the person who repairs their tap. Trust between a small merchant and the agent who delivers their goods. Trust between a worker and the platform that mediates their livelihood.

The companies that solve this trust problem will not be the largest. They will be the most local, the most patient, and the most disciplined about who they hire to serve their first ten thousand customers. We capitalise firms that share this conviction.

Structure

How we are organised

Zyxee operates as a holding entity — a parent company whose primary activity is the ownership and stewardship of equity in subsidiary ventures. We follow Schedule III of the Companies Act in our financial reporting and the SS-1 / SS-2 secretarial standards in our board governance.

Our principal business activity is classified under NIC Code 62099 — other information technology and computer service activities. We earn returns through dividends, secondary realisations on subsidiary equity, and capital appreciation across the portfolio.

The standard

What we hold ourselves to

Three measures, applied consistently across every venture we hold:

We measure ourselves on these. Not on press, not on valuation rounds, not on the speed of expansion.
